سلام استاد من فضلك..انا موظف موقوف عن العمل بسبب خطا مهني . هل التوقيف المؤقت له مدة قانونية من اجل الاحالة على المجلس التاديبي! كيف يمكن الطعن في هدا التوقيف ادا تجاوز مدته القانونية! ماهي الاجال القانونية لتقديم الطعن في قرار التوقيف المؤقت ! التوقيف المقصود هنا هو المنصوص عليه في المادة 73 اي التوقيف الاداري الاحترازي وليس التوقيف المؤقت كعقوبة حسب المادة 66 من القانون الاساسي للوظيغة العمومية..وشكرا لك استاد واعتدر على الاطالة
