كيف يمكن الاستفادة قانونيا من خرق الفصل 70 من القانون الاساسي للوظيفة العمومية؟ ام ان هذا الفراغ القانوني يحمي الادارة ولا يحمي الموظف؟ شكرا

عدم احترام الادارة(المجلس التاديبي) للاجال المنصوص عليه في المادة 70 من قانون الوظيفة العمومية يجعل القرار الصادر عنها قابل للالغاء امام المحكمة الادارية الحكم عدد 7/2002/4 ت الصادر عن المحكمة الادارية بمكناس بتاريخ 28/02/2002 ملف عدد 01/02 بالغاء قرار وزير التربية الوطنية لخرقه الاجال المنصوص عليها في المادة 70 من قانون المدكور انشاء الله الامور في صالحك...لاتنسى 60 يوم من اجل الطعن
