سكن و زوجي في بيت للكراء منذ 40 سنة و حدث طلاق بيننا و خرج الزوج من البيت و إبنتي المتزوجة تسكن معي مع زوجها و إبنها منذ 4 سنوات حتى تجد سكن .. هل للمكتري حق طردي و إبنتي من المنزل بحجة أن الزوج لم يعد يسكن في المنزل و أنه ترك لإبنته السكن. مع العلم أنني أتوفر على ورقة لتوصيل الكراءمنذ 40 سنة. شكرا للإجابة
