املك محل تجاري رخصة استغلال تجاري بأسمي و فاتورة الكهرباء والماء بأسمي و سجل تجاري بأسمي ويستغله شخص بدون عقد ولا توصيل ويعترض عن أداء واجب استغلال محل ويطالبني بتعويض مقابل الافراغ. ماهو اول إجراء أقوم به في قانون المغربي. وشكرا
