السلام عليكم بغيت الله يخليك نستاشر معاك على واحد المحل تجاري كاريه الزوج ديالي مند2011 وسالاة العقدة في 2012 من عند واحد السيدة كبيرة في السن وتيخلص الواجب ديالو شهريا بدون مماطلة وهي مكتعطيهش ريسيبو دابا ومبغاتش تعاود معاه العقد هوا بقى خدام فيه وتيخلص لي عليه دابا 7 سنين وهوا فيه دابا جا ولد مولات المحل بغى يخرجو بدون تعويض شنو تيقول القانون في هاد الحالة واش عندو الحق يعطيه تعويض اش خاصو ايدير الله اخليك وشكرا
