السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته انا شخص اكتريت من جدتي محلا تجاريا بعقد سومته 350درهم. هدا المحل يقع في دار مكونه من 2 محلات و طابقين. بعد 5 سنوات توفيت جدتي وأصبحت واحده من الورته حسب اراته الهالك والدي رحمه الله الدي توفي قبل والدته سؤالي هو كالتالي. الورته تقاسمو حبيا فيما بينهم الشقتين و يستفيدون من مبلغ الكراء العائد من المحلات الموجوده في نفس العماره مع العلم انهم لا يدفعون لي شيئا هل استمر في دفع الكراء للورته ام امتنع علما ان نصيبي من البيت والمحلات هو تقريبا بنفس مساحه المحل ام أضع مبلغ الكراء بالمحكمة وأطالب بحقي ونصيبي من المحلات الأخرى وشكرا
