سؤال في حاجة إلى توضيح، لأن السائل لم يبين هل هو مالك مع الاخرين أم الجميع مجرد مكترين أم البعض مالك والبعض مكتري وهل هناك نظام للملكية المشتركة؟

نصيب كل واحد موثق في نظام الملكية المشتركة وتقسيمه لا يعني تملكه لوحدك بل يبقى قانونيا مشترك
