من فضلكم لدي استشارة وأنا في حيرة من أمري
طلبت الطلاق من زوجي قبل الزفاف لاستحالة الاستمرار معه
وقد رمى علي يمين الطلاق.
للإشارة فقد تمت الخلوة الصحيحة بيننا بدون دخول.
فهل سيعتبر الطلاق بائنا أم رجعيا في مدونة الأسرة المغربية؟
وهل يجوز لي عدم ذكر حصول الخلوة الشرعية بيننا في المحكمة؟ لأنها حدثت بدون علم أهلي وهذا سيحدث لي مشكلة كبيرة.
