صدر حكم ابتدائي غيابي جنحي بشهرين اثنين (02) حبسا موقوف التنفيذ وغرامة مالية نافذة قدره خمسمائة (500) درهم مع تحميلهم الصائر تضامنا وتحديد الاكراه البدني في حقهم في الأدنى. سؤالي هل الحكم سيسجل في وثيقة حسن السيرة الصادرة عن مديرية الأمن الوطني(fiche anthropométrique ). وهل تنصحوني بإستأناف الحكم،؟ وما هو أجل طلب الإستأناف؟
لست أدري وضعية السائل بالنسبة للمحكوم عليهم هل هو واحد منهم أم هو الضحية المطالب بالحق المدني.
