سحب الإنتقال من مدرسة خاصة إلى مدرسة عمومية

سجلت إبني في مدرسة خاصة بداية هذه السنة لم يمضي حتى اسبوع واردت نقله إلى مدرسة عمومية فتحت أبوابها امام منزلي المرسة الان تطالبني بدفع مصاريف شهر 9 رغم انه لم يمر اقل من اسبوع (600 درهم) من أجل الحصول على وثيقة تخول لي الإنتقال إلى المدرسة و رفضو إستعادة مصاريف التسجيل 700 درهم ما هو الحل في نظركم ؟ شكرا مسبقا
