هل في حالة عدم تسديد سلف الاستهلاك يتم منع المقترض مغادرة التراب الوطني ؟

توقفت عن تسديد القرض منذ 5 سنوات لتوقفي عن العمل و اليوم اخواني لدي عرض عمل في الخليج و هذا سبيلي الوحيد لرد الدين البنكي الذي على عاتقي. أرجو منكم النصح جزاكم الله خيرا, انني جد مضطرب و خايف من أن يتم توقيفي في المطار. أحيطكم علما انني ذهبت إلى الشرطة و طلبت تنقيطي و لا يوجد شيء. شكرا جزيلا
