ان العدل الدي تلقى الاشهاد في عقد الملكية لم يتسلم بطاقة التعريف من الشاهد وبالتالي لم يدرج رقم بطاقة هدا الشاهد في الملكية و اكتفى بوصفه فقط ملتزما بالقانون القديم مع العلم ان القانون الجديد اوجب على العدل بضرورة اخد البطاقة من الشاهد و التاكد من هويته و ادراج رقم بطاقته الوطنية في الملكية وهو لم يفعله العدل فهل المخالفة قائمة في حقه و شكرا
