في حالة بيع أرض غير محفضة و تفق جميع الورثة على البيع ، هل يجوز أن يبيع اخوتي في البادية بتحرير عقد البيع مع المشتري عند مكتب عدول و إمضائهم مع أخذ ثمن البيع الذي جائهم في نصيبهم، على أن أتم أنا البيع مع المشتري عند مكتب عدول أخر بمدينة أخرى مع الإمضاء مع المشتري و بعد ذلك أخذ نصيبي من ثمن البيع؟
