لدي محلات تجارية . تحت السجل التجاري الخاص بي . انا لم اعد اعمل في هده المحلات و قمت بكرائها . كل محل اكتريته لشخص (لكن لا اقوم بكتابة عقد كراء بيننا ).
هل يمكن للمكتري ان يحصل على الاصل التجاري ?
