السلام عليكم انا سبق وان طرحة مشكل مع البنك  انا اخذت قرض من البنك و بعدها لم أتمكن من تسديده لتوقفي عني العمل  بعدها رفعت البنك دعوى في المحكمة تطالب بمبلغ 250000 من اصل 140000 بعدها وكلت محامي وقال لي بأنه سوف يطلب الخبرة  وفي ضرف شهرين دخلت الي موقع المحكمة فوجدت  حكم قطعي بأداء المدعى عليه لفائدة المدعية مبلغ 209.944،41 درهما (مائتان وتسعة الفا وتسعمائة وأربعة وأربعون درهما وواحد وأربعون سنتيما) مع فوائد التأخير بنسبة 4 % من الرأسمال المتبقى المحدد في: 118.148،11 درهما ابتداء من تاريخ الطلب إلى غاية الأداء و تحميله الصائر وتحديد مدة الإكراه البدني في الأدنى ورفض باقي الطلبات. هل يمكن للمحكمة ان تحكمة في اقل من شهرين وانا إتصلت بمحامي يقول لي بانه سوف يطلب الخبرة وهل المحكمة اصدرة الحكم
