انا موظف مرسم بوزرارة التربية الوطنية امارس مهمة التدريس الا انني اصيت بصمم حاد يشكل عائقا امام مزاولتي لمهامي بل ويسبب احراجا اما التلاميد.نصحني بعد الزملاء بتوجيه طلب للوزارة لاعفائي من مهام التدريس بسبب الاعاقة خصوصا وانني حصلت على شهادة ادارية مسلمة من طرف وزارة الاسرة والمراة والتضامن تثبت اصابتي باعاقة متوسطة ودائمة.هل من قانون يحميني كموظف معاق ان صح هدا التعبير؟وهل هناك قانون واضح ينظم مسطرة الاعفاء من مهام التدريس بسبب الاعاقة وليس بسبب المرض لانني ولله الحمد دائما ملتزم بالحضور وليس لدي اي غياب بسبب المرض بمعنى لا ادفع الشواهد الطبية.ولكم ازكى التحيات اساتدتي الكرام.

الاعفاء من مهام التدريس لاسباب صحية لا يمكن من تغيير الاطار و لكن يسمح بتغيير المهمة فقط

بمهام ادارية تتلاءم و الاعاقة التي يعاني منها الموظف مع ضرورة تجديد ملف الاعاقة كل سنتين.
