السلام عليكم اخواني ،بعد مرور اسبوع على صدور حكم الطلاق الشقاق والنفقة والمستحقات قام زوجي ببعث النفقة على حسابي البنكي ناقصة 600 درهم، مع العلم انه بيننا ابن واتحمل مصاريف كثيرة احسن الى طليقي اعتبارا للعشرة التي كانت بيننا حتى يوم الزيارة يختار الانسب اليه ولكنني حالتي المادية حرجة واخاف ان يستغل حسن معاملتي له ويتهاون او يتلاعب في المسائل المادية ، ما هي الاجراءات التي يتعين علي اتخاذها ؟ وخل هناك قسم يتولى نفقة المطلقات ؟ ارجو منكم الجواب على سؤالي واشكركم على وقتكم
