سؤال حول قسمة على الشياع

بعد ان قمنا بالبدؤ في تقسيم ارض على الشياع و ان وافقت المحكمة على القسمة و التراضي بين الشياع الخمسة، توفي احد الشياع هده السنة فقام ابناء الفقيد بالتهديد بالقيام بالتعرض لاسباب تافهة فهل يمكن قبول هدا التعرض مع العلم ان حكم القسمة موجود و مازال 4 شياع على قيد الحياة و يطلبون اكمال عملية القسمة لكي يحصل كل طرف على ملكية حرة
