من فضلكم كمكتري لقد تم افراغي من محل تجاري بقرار استئنافي الا انني قمت بنقض القرار والحمد لله المحكمة صدرت قرار النقض والاحالة سيدي 1 - المحل التجاري التي كنت اكتريه وتم افراغي منه فصاحب المحل قام بكرائه بعد افراغي فهل يمكن لي الرجوع الى المحل رغم انه الان تم كرائه ؟ فهل تقوم المحكمة بافراغ المكتري الجديد؟
