السلام عليكم تم الحكم لصالحي بالتعويض عن الطرد التعسفي في تاريخ 17\5\2017 بحكم ابتدائي ..و منذ تاريخه يقول المحامي انه ينتظر اذا تقدمت الشركة بالاستئناف ام لا...اصبحت اجوبته متناقضة و لا اعرف كيف اتصرف للحصول على مستحقاتي علما ان جزء من التعويض و شهادة العمل أقرت المحكمة انها استعجالية التنفيذ..لم احصل لحد الان على شيء و لا اجوبة شافية..ارجو مساعدتي و شكرا

الأحكام المدنية لا يبتدي أجل استئنافها من تاريخ صدورها وإنما من تاريخ التبليغ. ولذا يتعين على محاميك أن يكون قام بتبليغ الحكم لمشغلك قبل الحديدث عن تاريخ بدء سريان أجل الاستئناف.
