سلام عليكم توقف عن تسديد مستحقات الشهرية لقرض لقتناء سكن نظرا لطرد من العمل، لمدة سنتين .وعندما حصلت على عمل جديد راسلت المؤسسة البنكية بإعادة جدولة الدين .تفاجأة بكون الا ستحقاقات الشهرية اكثر بكثير على ما كانت عليه لكون المبلغ تغير مع التٱخير من 240000 الى 320000 .تقدمت بطلب قصد التخفيض المبلغ للاسف لم اتوصل بعد بجواب .بينما مبلغ الدين في تصاعد مستمر ولم اتوصل بأي إشعار من المؤسسة البنكية . سؤال : هل القضاء يأخد بعين الاعتبار سبب عدم اداء و تسوية الوضع ام باداء الدين مع نسبة التأجير الدي يؤدي لحجز السكن بدون مراعاة الاسباب . و شكرا

كانت تحت يدك إمكانية اللجوء إلى رئيس المحكمة لوقف سداد الدين بسبب وضعك الاقتصادي وتوقفك عن العمل.
