لدينا مجمع عقاري ب 2212 شقة في 101عمارة متفرقة عبر 15 مجموعة وقام اتنان بتولي مهام وكيل السانديك ونائب له بعد عقد جمع عام حضره 120 مالك وقاما بتعيين خمسة عشر شخص في مجلس اتحادي وسموهم ممتلين عن المجموعات وفرض مساهمة حددها الوكيل دون توصلي باي محضر او تبليغ منهم وارسال رسائل نصية بالهاتف تدعو للدفع مع العلم ان الساندي الدي وضعه المنعش لازال مشتغلا بالاقامات هل ما قاما به سليم من ناحية القانون ومادا علي ان افعل متل هده الحالة

اولا يجب التأكد من الوضع القانوني لهذا المجمع .

هل هو ملكية مشتركة واحدة، أم هل كل عمارة تشمل ملكية مشتركة مستقلة عن باقي العمارات، وهل ما يجمع هذا المجمع بالنسبة لباقي الأجزاء ( الطرق والممرات والحدائق) ...
