السلام عليكم ورحمة الله. من فضلكم لدي استفسار. أنا مغربي-جنسية مغربية- مقيم في ألمانيا ومتزوج بألمانية مدة ٣ سنوات، بعقد زواج مدني الماني -international- أي معترف به عالميا كماقالو لي، حيث أنه مكتوب بعدة لغات منها الفرنسية والانجليزية...وليس العربية. والان ولأني أريد زيارة المغرب مع زوجتي في هذا الشهر إن شاء الله تعالى، فقد ذهبت الى القنصلية المغربية لكي أوثق زواجي و أحصل على عقد زواج مغربي لآخده معي في زيارتي للبلد. بعدما عاينو طلبي في القنصلية تمكنت من الحصول على موعد لتوثيق الزواج، لكن ولكثرة الملفات بالقنصلية فهذا الموعد سيكون بعد رجوعي من زيارتي للمغرب. وسؤالي هو: هل يمكنني وهل لي الحق أنا وزوجتي وبعقد زواجنا الاجنبي أن نحجز غرفة بأي فندق في المغرب؟ افيدوني من فضلكم فأنا في حيرة من أمري جزاكم الله خيرا. و السلام عليكم.
