هل يمكن استرجاع منزل تم التنازل عنه بدون موافقة

السلام عليكم اولا اشكركم على هذا الموقع الذي يفيدنا في اشياء قانونية. قام ابي بالتنازل عن منزل و بقعة ارضية لأمي لكن هذا بعد وفاته لا قدر الله يعني لا يمكن التصرف في هدا الى بعد وفاته السؤال هل يمكن ان يسترجع هذه الممتلكات بدون موافقة و بدون امضاء و هل العقد يتم حفضه لدى مكتب العدول أو في أي مكان أخر أخر سؤال ان اخ لي 12 أخ هل يمكنهم المطالبة بحقهم في الارث مع العلم انهم اخواتي من الاب فقط 3 منهم هم اخواتي من امي و ابي اتمنى الاجابة في اسرع وقت و شكرا.
