السلام عليكم في اطار عملية التنفيد ضد مؤسسة عمومية (جماعة حضارية)قام الرئيس بتحويل المبالغ المحكوم بها للورتة الى صندوق الاداع و التدبير و رفض تحويلها لصنوق المحكمة الادارية بعلة انه هناك تعرضات على الارض التي قامت المحكمة للتعويض عن نزعها فهل هناك امكانية و طريقة لتحويل المبالغ الى صندوق المحكمة الادارية لان الرئيس يرفض منح رفع اليد عن المبالغ المودعة بصندق الايداع و التدبير و شكرا

طبقا للفصل 30 من قانن نزع الملكية فإنه إذا لم يعرف ذوو الحقوق بأنفسهم وجب إيداع التعويضات المستحقة لدى صندوق الإيداع والتدبير.
