السلام عليكم من فضلكم اعلم ان للمطلقة الحق في المطالبة بالتعويضات العائلية من cnss عن اطفالها ولكن سؤالي بخصوص التغطية الصحية فالطبيعي انهم يستفيدون منها وبكل تأكيد غير انهم تحت حضانة الأم وهي من تقوم بتسديد مصاريف العلاج فهل يتم تحويل التعويضات الصحية لها ايضا مثلها مثل التعويضات العائلية ام la mutuelle ولانها باسم الأب فتصرف في حسابه غير معقول أن الأم تعالج و الأب يعوض صحيح بارك الله فيكم

المطلقة تجمع الفواتير التي تبين مبلغ التطبيب والعلاج وترفع دعوى الى محكمة الاسرة والقاضي سيحكم على المطلق باداء كل ما هو مفوتر.

ماغاديش يقولو مبلغ النفقة داخل فيه العلاج ولكن الاطفال عندهم التغطية الصحية خاص غير التعويضات تجي باسم الأم والله أعلم

لا . اذا ادلت بفواتير اصلية تحمل المبالغ فان المحكمة ستحكم بها حسب تجربتي في هذا الميدان.
