قمت برفع دعوى الطرد ضد مشغلي وهو بنك. القضية مازالت في المداولة.انا الان بدون عمل. وبعد سنة يراسلني البنك و يطلب تسديد كامل القرض العقاري في اجل 15 يوم تحت طائلة تحقيق الرهن. هل يمكن الاستفادة من الامهال القضائي ؟ وهل يمكن الاحتفاض بالعقار و استمرار تسديد الاقاط بعد مدة الامهال بنفس سعر الفائدة ؟ ما العمل لتوقيف تحقيق الرهن ؟ وكيف سيكون رد المحكمة ؟ شكرا
