السلام عليكم قامت طليقتي بتعذيب ابنتي وتوبعت من طرف قاضي التحقيق ولكن الملف ذهب من قاضي التحقيق الى النيابة العامة قصد تقديم ملتمساتها الجنائية ولكن الملف بقي لدى النيابة العامة قرابة الشهرين ولم يعد الى قاضي التحقيق لتقديمه للجلسات فكيف اقوم باستعجال الملف لانه تاخر كثيرا
