يشرفني ان اسأل سيادتكم عن ما هي نسبة اتعاب محام حضر مرة واحدة مع موكله في قضية طلاق حيث لم يقل كلمة ولو اعطاء النصيحة أو لمنعها من الامضاء على الموافقة على الطلاق ليحكم القاضي بطلاقها من زوجها الذي عاشت معه 50 سنة وباعت املاكها من اجل ان يشتري منزلا و دكانا بنفقة بلغت 50.000 درهم. وتجدر الاشارة الى ان المحام قد اقترح مبلغ 2000 درهم في الأول لكن طلب مبلغا اكبر ليمضي على الموافقة بسحب المال من النقابة. لكم الشكر الجزيل واتمنى جوابا شافيا موضوعي.
