اكتري محل تجاري منذ 2012 واادي واجباتي الكراهية للمالك تارة بتحويلات بنكية او بصفة شخصية دون ان احصل مقابلها اية وصولات حتا سنوات 2015/2016/2017حيث اصبحت احصل علا هذه الوصولات مصححة الامضاا في نونبر2017 تفاجات بانذار من المالك يطالبني بمبلغ مالي يمتل واجبات كرااية عن 11 شهر متفرقة بين سنوات 2013/2014/2015 ويهدد بمقاضاتي ان لم ادفع المبلغ خلال 15 يوما سوالي هل يتوجب علي ان اثبت ذلك حيث ان المدة تعود لسنوات لم احتفظ فيها ما يثبت ذلك هل توفري علا وصولات منتظمة لسنوات 2016و2017 تلغي حقه في المطالبة بهذه المبالغ هل جوابي علا الانذار بالنفي يهدد مصالحي بالافراغ في حال عدم اثبات كل الاشهر لانني اتوفر علا اثباتات البعض منها

صحبح ان وصولات أداء الكراء اللاحقة تعني بالقطع ابراء الذمة من الميتحقات السابقة عنها.وهذه قاعدة قانونية ولييت فقط اجتهاد قضائي.
