السلام عليكم اريد استشارة قانونية لصديقي حول قرار المحكممة الابتداىية بالدار البيضاء حول القرار التالي : * حكم قطعي اداء مبلغ 30000 درهم وتعويض قدره 1000 درهم مع شمول الحكم بالنفاذ المعجل في اداء واجبات الكراء فقط ونصرح بالمصادقة على الاشعار بالافراغ والحكم بافراغ المدعي عليه تحت غرامة تهديدية قدرها 100درهم + الصائر والاكراه * اريد تفسيرا قانونيا لهذا الحكم وكم يستغرق التبليغ بعد الحكم. مع العلم ان صديقي لم يوكل محامي. وهل يمكن استئناف الحكم وتوكيل محام للدفاع عنه. شكرا جزيلا

يبدو ان صديقك أنذر بالاداء تحت طائلة الافراغ داخل اجل معين و لم يستجب للانذار

فتقدم المكري بطلب يرمي الى المصادقة على الانذار بالاداء و الافراغ

المبلغ المتخلذ بذمته ...
