السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته اشكركم جزيل الشكر على مجهوداتكم أما بعد : إشتريت تنازلا عن منفعة ببقعة أرضية تقارب 5 هكتار و بهدف الحصول على دعم فلاحي طلبت مني شهادة التصرف وقصدت قائدة الجماعة وطلبت مني الوثائق الاتية : طلب إيجار نسخة CIN تصميم طبوغرافي برنامج الاستثمار الفلاحي ( لم أجد هذا المطبوع ) وثائق تثبت التصرف شيك بنكي السؤال : 1- هل هناك مساطر قانونية تؤكد ضرورة إستئجاري للعقار مقابل الحصول على الشهادة 2- ما موقع الشيك البنكي من الإعراب وهل هو ضروري لانني لا امتلك حسابا بنكيا كإضافة القطعة تتواجد بجماعة فروكة إقليم شيناواترا وشكرا لكل المشرفين على هذا الموقع وكافة المتفاعلين
