توفي لي صديق مقربةةفي حادثة سير حيث كان ينتقل هو وزوجته حيث صدمتهم سيارة كان سائقعا فيىحالة سكر.توفي الرجل و كسرت زوجته كسرا بليغا غلى مستوى الرجل. فكم هو تعويض التامين علما بان هدا الرجل رحمه الله متقاعد براتب 6000:درهم و له ابنان كبيران تحت كفالته بشهادةةعدلية اضافة الى تعويض زوجته كمتضرر من الحادث مع مدة العجز ل 220 يوم و عمليتين جراحيتين .و ك ارملة. و شكرا لكم
