كيفية طلب تنفيد حكم

السلام عليكم استاذي الفاضل حصلت على حكم ابتداءيا في قضية تعرض عن مطلب التحفيظ لصالحي وذلك بعدم صحة التعرض وتحميل المتعرض الصاءر قمت بتبليغه بالحكم منذ شهر يوليوز ولم يستانف الحكم ليصبح بذلك الحكم نهاءيا بعد مرور الوقت المحدد للاستءناف. سؤالي استاذ كيفية استخلاص الصاءر من المعترض وهل يلزمني رفع دعوة للمطالبة بالصاءر ام يكفي ان اطلب تنفيد الحكم وكيفية طلب هذا التنفيد وماذا عن اذا لم يؤدي المعترض واجبات الصاءر ماطبيعة المسطرة التي يجب علي اتباعها ضده علما اني قمت باداء واجبات معاينة قضاءية وواجبات التبليغ.
