السلام عليكم الموضوع اني اكتريت سيارة و طلب مني تقديم شيك ضمانة بمبلغ 10000 درهم واتفقت مع صاحب الشركة على مبلغ 150 درهم لليوم اي 4500 درهم للشهر . قمت باعطائه 3000 درهم على دفعات و الباقي 1500 درهم تعسرت قليلا في دفعه و بحكم انه جار لي وافق على ذلك لكن بشرط الاحتفاظ بالشيك حتى ادفع له الباقي الا انني تفاجأت بدفعه للشيك و مطالبته بالمبلغ كاملا اي 10000 درهم و كذلك قام شخص بالاتصال بي يطالبني باتعابه 2500 درهم . المرجو مساعدتي للحصول على طريقة اثبت حقي و حسن نيتي و كذلك اخرج من هذه الورطة مع العلم اني قمت بتسجيله في احد المكالمات و هو يعترف انه دفع الشيك لاني تاخرت في دفع مبلغ 1500 و شكرا لكم في انتظار ردكم في اسرع وقت
