تعويض عن الضرر لرفع دعوى كيدية

السلام عليكم رفع شخص دعوى اتمام بيع عقار تعسفا وبوقائع غير قانونية. رفضت ابتدائيا وبلغت وقام سنين بعد تبليغها باستئنافهتا دامت القضية تقريبا 25 سنة انتهت بتاييد الحكم الابتدائي. في هذا الوقت تغيرت قيمة العقار سلبيا. هل بالامكان رفع طلب تعويض عن هذا التعسف؟
