بند عدم الاشتغال مع المنافس في حال الاستقالة

السلام عليكم لدي عقد شغل يحتوي على بند اني في حال الاستقالة لا جب على العمل مع منافس للشركة في دائرة مسافة قدرها 100 كيلو متر لمدة سنتين و تسديد مصاريف التكوينات التي اجريتها بالشركة. السؤال: هل هده البنود يمكن تطبيقها ام هي خارج القانون. شكرا
