لقد تم طردي تعسفيا من طرف المشغل لكنه وافق على ان يعطيني مستحاقاتي وطلب مني ان نقوم بمحضر عند مفتش الشغل وكان دللك. مفتش الشغل اعطاني محضر مكتوب فيه صلح نمهدي نهاءي عندما دفعت طلب ل cnss للاستفادة من تعويض عن فقدان الشغل طلبو مني المحضر هل سوف استفيد رغم كون المحضر فيه صلح تمهيدي نهاءي وشكرا؟
