هل يمكن تقييد هذا العقد لدى المحافظة العقارية؟

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته: هذا المنزل في طور التحفيظ. الطرف الأول هو مالك المنزل. الطرف الثاني هو المُنتفِع بعارية الاستعمال لمدة سنة كاملة ~إن شاء الله. هل من حق الطرف الثاني تقييدَ هذا التعاقد لدى المحافظة العقارية دون موافقة الطرف الأول؟ وشكرl.
