ترامى خصمي على ارضي بسند ملكية مزور(قسمة ارث) اذ ان الشهود لم يشهدوا بان الارض ملك لخصمي الا ان العدول دونوا عكس ذلك في القسمة. قدمت شكاية لدى وكيل الملك وهي قيد البحث التمهيدي الان, لكن خصمي قام بعمل استباقي و استدعى شخصا الى عين المكان يدعي انه خبير. ما اريد ان اعرفه هو : من يكلف من قبل المحكمة للخبرة؟ هل مفوضا قضائيا ام ممثلا عن النيابة العامة ام شخص اخر؟ وهل يمكن طلب تغيير الخبير قبل الخروج للمعاينة؟ لاني اخاف ان يتم رشو الخبير فيزور الوقائع هو كذلك؟

الخبير هو شخص تعينه المحكمة بواسطة حكم تمهيدي وهو مسجل في إحدى جداول الخبراء القضائيين

اما بخصوص السؤال الثاني فلك الحق في الطعن في تقرير الخبير وتبديل الخبير
