السلام عليكم ورحمة الله لو سمحتوا انا سوري تزوجت من مغربية في مصر منذ اسبوعين وسافرت الى الامارات وهيه الى المغرب دون تصديق عقد الزواج في السفارة المغربية علما اننا صدقناه من الخارجية المصري هل يمكن تذييل عقد الزواج في المغرب دون تصديق السفارة المغربية في مصر وماهي الاجراءات المطلوبة ولأي جهة تقدم ولكم جزيل الشكر

إذا توفر في عقد الزواج الإيجاب والقبول والأهلية والولي عند الاقتضاء، وانتفت الموانع ولم ينص على إسقاط الصداق، وحضره شاهدان مسلمان فهو عقد زواج صحيح.
