نحن منخرطين في جمعية ينص قانونها الأساسي على ان الدعوة لجمع عام استثنائي تكون بطلب من الثلثين و تكون قرارات هذا الأخير ملزمة إذا اتخذت بالثلثين. و في إحدى دورات الجمع العام العادي إستقال المكتب دون إنتخاب آخر، فتشكلت لجنة من المنخرطين لتدعو لجمع عام استثنائي بالثلثين. و كل هذا مدون في محضر لمفوض قضائي 1- في حالة لم يحضر لجمع هذه الأخيرة الثلثين. هل قرارته صحيحة و لا يمكن الطعن فيها؟ 2- في حالة حضروا لكن القرارات لم يساندها الثلثين. ما العمل؟ و شكرا
