بمعنى استاد يكفي الدفع بتلك المادة.أخاف من السلطة التقديرية للقاضي وسألتكم ان كانت لكم معلومات او ان سبق لكم الاطلاع على حكم في هدا الموضوع الدي يلزم مثلا الاب بدفع المصاريف التي ادتها المطلقة بغض النظر عن الزيادة في مبلغ النفقة الدي تنظمه المادة التدي دكرتها في جوابك وشكرا.
