السلام عليكم. انا اريد ان اعرف هل الحكم الغيابي الغي و اصبحت غير ملزم بالدفع لقرض استهلاك حكم علي غيابيا بدفع ما تبقى منه زائد مصاريف محامي البنك.هل يلغى الحكم بعد مرور خمس سنوات من تاريخ الحكم الغيابي؟هل ممكن اسافر خارج المغرب وعدم اقافي في الحدود حتى ادفع المبلغ؟ عندي ايضا في هذا الحساب البنكي ناقص -7000 dh و اريد اغلاق الحساب. هل انا ملزم لاداء هذا المبلغ كله مصاريف الحساب منذ 2008.

الحم الغيابي لا يلغى بمرور المدة ولكن يسقط تنفيذه بمرور 30 سنة من تاريخ صدوره.
