السلام عليكم ورحمة الله توقفت عن تسديد قرضين من بنكين مختلفين منذ أن فقدت عملي نتيجة طرد تعسفي ( الملف رائج في المحكمة ) ولم يسبق لي أن تأخرت عن التسديد يوما إلا بعد أن فقدت عملي علما ان مجموع الاقتطاعات تبلغ 4000,00 درهم شهريا . سؤالي، كيف احصل على مهلة ؟ وهل ممكن جمع القرضين في ملف واحد أمام المحكمة ؟ هل بامكاني ان اتقدم بدعوى إلى المحكمة دون توكيل محامي نظرا للظروف المادية المزرية التي أمر بها فأنا عاطل منذ 4 أشهر ورب اسرة مكونة من 8 أشخاص؟ جزاكم الله بكل خير والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله.
