لمحامي لا يحضر المداولة لانه ليس ضروري والتعليل سينشر بعد اسبوعين في المحكمة. اما في موقع محاكم فنجد التالي علما ان الملف رفض في الابتدائية ولم يصدر حكما حكم رقم : 746-قرار عدد : 746. باسم جلالة الملك وطبقا للقانون • في الشكل : بقبول الاستئناف. • في الموضوع : بتأييد الحكم المستأنف وتحميل المستأنف المصاريف. عامة ما الدي يمكن القيام به بعد خسران الدعوى في الاستئناف؟ الاحتفاض بحارس يقلل على مشغله الحياء ولا نضى عن عمله؟ فالدعوى خسرناها مرتين ما العمل ادن؟
