السلام عيكم استادي نحن وكالة عقارية لدينا عقد تسيير كراء شقة مفروشة مع احد زبنائنا الدي هو صاحب الملك المشكلة هي ان السانيك يحاول منعنا من الكراء خاصة كراء قصير المدة و يمنع كراء للعزاب مع اننا نقوم باعلام مصلحة الاستعلامات العامة للامن الوطني بهوية الاشخاص المكريين هل من حق السنديك بان يقوم لمنعنا من كراء الشقة ؟ و هل يوجد قانون يقوم بمنع الكراء قصير المدة او يمنع للكراء للعزاب ؟
