هل يبقى التنازل في قائما بعد وفاة صاحبة قبل التحفيظ

السلام عليكم توفيت امي سنة 2007 وامها سنة 2009 ورثث الاولى ارض من أبيها والثانية من زوجها سنة 1989 طبعا يوجد ورثة اخرين لم تكن هذه محفظة( ارض مسترجعة) تنازلتا على نصيبهنما سنة 1998 والارض كانت لاتزال باسم الدولة بوثيقة ما ( تنازل او بيع او وكالة) لم يأخدوا اي وثيقة تثبت ماذا امضوا لأحد الورثة سمعمنا انها محفظة الأن. كيف يمكننا التعرف عن المسطرة التي سلكها من أجل التحفيظ وهل يمكن الطعن في التنازل او الوكالة بعد وفاة الوالدة والسلام

التحفيظ له مظاهره التي يراها الناس ومنها أنه قبل تحفيظ أي أرض يتم الإعلان على ذلك بالجريدة الرسمية ويتم التعليق والنشر بمقار القيادات ...
