عدم حضور الزوجة جلسات الطلاق

السلام عليكم ، عندي سؤالين أستاذ : 1) هل يمكنني رفع دعوى الطلاق قبل البناء رغم أننا عقدنا زواجنا قبل 8 شهور ؟ وهل تسقط حقوق الزوجة (النفقة و المهر ) في حالة عدم حضور الزوجة جلسات الطلاق ومادا يترتب على هذه الدعوة ؟ مع العلم أن زوجتي أجنبية وقمنا بالزواج في محكمة الأسرة بالمغرب . شكرا مسبقا
