لقد اصدرت شيكا بدون رصيد سنة 2010 وتم اعتقالي بتاريخ 11 مارس 2011. الحكم اللذي اصدر علي انذاك هو الحبس لمدة شهرواحد موقوفة التنفيذ في مدة 5 سنوات بعد تنازل المدعي عن الدعوة. سؤالي هو، هل يجب علي دفع غرامة مالية؟ وماهو الاجل المحدد لدفع تلك الغرامة؟ اين يمكن لي دفعها؟ ما مصيري اذ لم ادفع تلك الغرامة في اجلها المحدد؟ سؤالي الاخير، هل سيؤثر علي هذا في سجلي العدلي او في شهادة حسن السيرة؟ شكرا جزيلا لكم.

الغرامة بالتأكيد قد حددها الحكم الي صدر ضدك، لأنه لن يقتصر فقط على الحبس الموقوف.

إذا لم تستأنف الحكم أو استأنفته وصار القرار القضائي نهائيا سوف يحضر عندك عون التنفيذ من المحكمة لأجل أداء مبلغ الغرامة ...
